Forward SMS messages to a configured HTTP Server.This App is for Server Administrators that want to control their servers even if only GSMconnectivity is available.
All you need is to make your server controllable by commands via HTTP and a spare (old) mobile phone, connected via Wifi or a good G3 to the internet.The response of that command is sent back to the Sender of the SMS message.You simply configure the HTTP(s) address of your server.
All SMS are forwarded as http://your-server.domain/script?f=&t=.
Your script may do different things based on the sender or the body message and if it responds with a short text, it will be forwarded back to the sender.
Dont forget to implement some kind of security in your script (e.g.
a secret password as part of the message or a number check).The APP keeps running in the background but the service can be stopped and restarted any time.The bigger the display of your unit, the more log messages you may see on the screen.
